Apply in writing in Punjabi or English, to the Public Information Officer asking for the information required. Please ensure that the question is clear. The letter should have the date and your name and address. Deposit this letter along with the prescribed fee of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) and collect the receipt. You should receive a reply within the 30 days. In case you do not receive a reply. You can file an appeal with the appellate authority of this office.
In case you do not receive information within 30 days or are not satisfied with the information received, You can file an appeal with the appellate authority. If you still want to file a complaint or appeal against the decision of P.I.O. /Appellate authority you can approach.
